AF has arrived! Grrrrr?

Hello. I had a miscarriage in the beginning of April, 2011 (miscarried twins at 10 weeks) and AF showed up May 10. Well, since then we have been TTC again and I really thought this was my month--well, AF decided to show up!! I'm so disappointed and upset--we really want to conceive soon and if I don't get pregnant this month then we're going to wait a while because if I were to get preggo the month after my DD would be around the same time as my daughter's. I just need a little hope out there. Have any of you ladies MC and then months later get your BFP? Thanks
