How many calories should I be eating? And what sort of foods should eating and avoiding?

Calories is a big subject when it comes to weight loss. We need to learn three things: the amount of calories in our food, the amount of calories a certain physical action expends hourly, and last but not least our own personal daily limit of calories. The sole thing which really worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a few free trials in stock, it has been reported in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I worked off twenty five pounds, it really does work!
