Does any body know who were the 12 Chieftan as mentioned in Sureh Al Maida?

When ALLAH wanted children of Israel to fulfil the covinant about worshipping ALLAh and not to ascribe a partner and dont change what send in Torah ,12 leaders,messengers or kings,one from each tribe to know his people and be responsible for fulfilment of the covinantas ,a way of binding them to it,whe ALLAH said I AM with you ,ment ALLAH watching and seeing what how they will guide their people strongly to correct faith.
