I don't get it, monetary policy causes econ-crisis, and our solution: give those same banks total control?!?!?

the central banks through the Fed set the conditions that allowed wreckless interest rates, wreckless crediting, investment funds hyper-sensitive to mortgage markets, housing markets hyper-sensitive to financial markets causing merger-hungry financial giants go belly up...and their solution to the problem is to give themselves total centralized control over what used to be the financial private sector, and with retro-active immunity against criminal charges! This is like if some pet store employee just let all the reptiles out and destroyed half the store, then gets promoted to regional manager...
