I'm living (temp) in La Quinta,CA I have all the camping gear and nowhere to put it, single female w/ sm.dog?

I'm 52 yr. old female, been out of work for 2 years. I'm waiting for unemployment (tier 5) to kick back in (????) I have a little Terrier mix that I've had for nearly 5 years (giving him up is not an option). He's been the only in my life that is solid since I lost my job. He's my best friend and I am his. We would suffer greatly if separated, this I know is a fact. We have nowhere to go and to be safe. We have a 13'x10' tent, coleman stove, lantern and ceiling fan(both battery operated), blowup mattress and pump, I also have (2) propane canisters. I receive food stamps on the 7th of each month.
