Criminal ual conduct 1st. degree bail ?

i have to tun myself in tomorrow for an accusation of csc. my lawyer feels bond will be allowed and may be in the range of $50,000 ( 10%= $5,000 ). but i also heard they can deny any bail in these cases. this ordeal has been ongoing for 11 months with no charges until now. i have even been allowed to see my kids and live in the home with my youngest daughter. will these things play a factor in the judges decision tomorrow ? im just afraid because i've never been in trouble before and this charge is totally false. i trust in my attorney, but i just have a bad feeling about this whole mess. i was told i would be allowed home after bond too as long as i don't leave the state. but ive also heard of them having very specific requirements that need to be met for bond when released.
