What if i dont sign my divorce papers?

im a filipina, my husband is a naturalized us citizen based in hawaii, he wants a divorce bec he will marry another filipina. what will happen if i dont sign the divorce papers? we had a son of 21 yrs old and lives with him, my son has a baby to support here in the philippines. i want my husband to help my son support his family here. i dont love my husband anymore, i just want him to help my son. if he marries a new wife, im afraid he will not help my son financially anymore. If i dont sign the divorce, will it be an uncontested divorce? i dont know any rules on divorce because there is no divorce here in the philippines. what will happen if i dont sign the divorce papers? pls help.
