What does this mean I am confused help!!?

My friend sent him a picture of me I asked her why and she said "because he wanted" another one of my friends said "That she sent it to him to annoy him (this one lies sometimes and she was not the one that sent it). The one that did not send it pointed at the picture and said "Ewww it is ____ (inserted my name in the blank) and pointed at my in the picture which was her background that sent it to him. She told a few of her friends that he pointed at my when he said that and they had permission to tell me. She says after they tell me that they were overreacting. I keep asking her about it she got mad at me so I dropped it (the one that lies and didn't send it) He put the picture of me just me as his background. What does that mean. Is he playing with me? My friend thinks he likes me. He is really mean to me. What does it mean I am confused? Help
