In A Relationship Why doesnt it Bother People Bout There partners bodily functions like Feces Urine Bad breath?

Ew what the hell? Those things should be kept private I wont be one of those people who doesn't care if their partner leaves the bathroom door open while they're on the toilet... Bad breath is not a bodily function and it can be fixed.
