If YU55 asteroid hits earth this november will 100% of life die on this planet?

There is absolutely NO evidence that this asteroid will hit the Earth. The odds are 1 in 250,000. Even if it did hit, it would not kill all life on Earth. Lower forms of life, such as roaches and humans, would probably survive.
