If you believe in creationism and that god created man the earth and the Universe the I have a great question!?

Ok for people like you there is no arguing science but here is a simplistic question that might baffle you. Ok your saying od created humans the earth and the universe right so what about this? Take a piece of bread and leave it on a plate for 2 days did god create the mold That magically appeared on the bread was it his will? If you repeat the process it will always appear in a few days as long as it's the same type of bread. Mold is technically life so if god had free will he would chose to spare a few pieces of bread and mold would not develop how can you explain this simple phenomenon?
