Well if your really into this cody guy, you should talk to him more. And then as you to talk more u can try flirting with him. You can also tell him how u feel and see if he feels the same way. With this joe guy, if u don't like him, then just tell him straight out i'm sorry i don't like u like that. And i really like your best friend. And tell him besides i don't like u flirting with me and telling me i'm hot when u know u have a girlfriend. Because obviously how he's flirting with u, he's basically cheating on his girlfriend. If he was really into his girlfriend he wouldn't be flirting with u or other girls. And when a guy looks at u all the time its obvious that he's into u.
